Road Accident of 55 years male, sustained complex Frecture of Acetabulam. The injury was managed with a combined Anterior Surgical Approach and posterior minimal invasive approach now called as Magu-Jostan Modified KL Approach. Patient can perform all hip movements and has Harris Hip Sc0re 100 after 8 years of followup
